1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ke3333 website at ke3333.app, registering a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the ke3333 platform, whether registered or browsing as a guest.

ke3333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

ke3333 applies strict age verification procedures. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) to verify your age before any withdrawal is processed. ke3333 reserves the right to suspend an account and withhold funds pending successful age verification.

3. Account Registration and Maintenance

To place bets or play casino games on ke3333, you must register a player account. The following rules govern the registration and ongoing maintenance of your ke3333 account:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on ke3333. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, email, phone number, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. ke3333 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and any balances held within them may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. ke3333 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. ke3333 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ke3333 support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ke3333 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide supporting documentation at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used. ke3333 reserves the right to restrict account functionality until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ke3333 supports a range of local and international payment methods for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. All monetary amounts on the ke3333 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed in real time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers may take up to two business hours to be reflected in your ke3333 account balance. ke3333 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. ke3333 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for mobile banking methods; bank transfers may take up to one business day. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. ke3333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal in excess of ৳50,000. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ke3333 account holder.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is deemed dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ke3333 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Account balances will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ke3333 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a ke3333 account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the ke3333 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. To claim the welcome bonus, players must opt in via the promotions page before making their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Full wagering requirements are stated on the promotions page.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• ke3333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or request the return of bonus funds if misuse or abuse is detected.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are wagered first before bonus funds are drawn upon, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses have an expiry period after which unused bonus funds will be removed from your account. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Certain games may be excluded from or contribute differently to bonus wagering requirements. Refer to the specific promotion terms for the applicable game weighting table.

5.3 BPL and Seasonal Promotions

During the Bangladesh Premier League season and other major cricket events, ke3333 may offer time-limited promotions including free bets, cashback on losses, and enhanced odds. These promotions are available exclusively to registered ke3333 players and are subject to availability. ke3333 reserves the right to modify or cancel seasonal promotions at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ke3333 platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are available within each game lobby and sports section respectively.

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on ke3333 are accepted subject to the published odds at the time the bet is confirmed. ke3333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a technical error or pricing fault. In-play bets are accepted subject to network latency; ke3333 will not be liable for bets placed after an event has concluded due to delays in data transmission.

In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules. For cricket, if fewer than the scheduled overs are bowled due to weather interruption, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result will be used where applicable. 6.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games on ke3333 — including slots, live table games, and crash games — are governed by the rules published within each individual game interface. ke3333 acts as the gaming operator and is responsible for the settlement of all wagers. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and all wagers returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

ke3333 applies a maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit for casino winnings of ৳500,000 per day, unless an elevated limit has been agreed in writing with the ke3333 customer support team. Sports betting winnings are not subject to a daily cap but may be reviewed for integrity purposes on large wins above ৳200,000.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ke3333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the ke3333 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in any way that circumvents normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a valid deposit transaction after the corresponding funds have been wagered.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ke3333 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the ke3333 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your geographic location.

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your ke3333 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Closure for Responsible Gaming

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — please inform the support team of this at the time of your request. Self-exclusion closures are treated with the highest priority. Once a self-exclusion is in place, ke3333 will cease all marketing communications to the affected account immediately and will not allow the account to be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

8.3 Closure by ke3333

ke3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if account closure is required by applicable law or a regulatory directive. In such cases, ke3333 will provide reasonable notice where permitted, except where the urgency of the situation requires immediate closure.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all access to the ke3333 platform will be revoked. Real-money account balances will be returned subject to successful identity verification; balances held entirely in bonus funds will be forfeited. ke3333 will retain records of closed accounts in accordance with its data retention obligations under applicable privacy and anti-money laundering regulations. Closure of an account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
